Tony joined Lionel Fynn in 1971 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1978 and has subsequently qualified as a legal executive Advocate. He has over thirty-five years extensive knowledge of Civil Litigation practice and procedure. He has a practical approach to solving litigation problems, emphasising
the firm's pragmatic approach to seeking early and cost effective resolution to all litigation where possible. He is a firm supporter of mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Tony specialises in all forms of commercial litigation; contract disputes, including drafting and review of contract terms, credit control including debt recovery, corporate and personal insolvency.
He also has a wide experience in landlord and tenant and other property litigation including boundary disputes and Party Wall Act issues.
