Regulatory Law is an increasingly complex matter, with more and more regulations appearing on the statute books every day.
Our particular specialism is in the area of law enforcement that is carried out by local authorities, the Health and Safety Executive or the Environment Agency, from food standards to HGV Operator licensing. Some of our team have experience of working for local authorities in an enforcement role or representing them on enforcement matters, which we can use to your advantage in either negotiating on the problem or fighting to defend you if the matter comes to court.
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being subject to an investigation or enforcement action, we recommend that you take legal advice as soon as possible.
