Marion handles all types of family law matters including contact and residence, divorce, consent orders, financial and property disputes, separation, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements. The law relating to children's issues, however, are of particular interest to her as she worked in a children's home for many years and holds a residential child care qualification. Part of her role in the children's home was being on a childcare panel which implemented individual programmes for children to include all staff working directly with those children as well as the children's families. She appreciates how a relationship breakdown can impact on the lives of all family members and she strives to assist clients to deal with the challenges they are facing as quickly and as amicably as possible so that they can move forward with their lives.
