Jon joined our Bournemouth office in January 2005 having previously been called to the Bar in 2003. He has over 17 years experience of local authority work.
His planning work included appearances before local authorities, magistrates courts and Crown courts. He also has experience in the High Court and is recommended by the Legal 500 Guide to the legal profession
Based in Oxfordshire, he practices throughout the country.
His main planning work areas include;

- - Defending Planning Enforcement actions
- - Judicial Reviews
- - Preparing and submitting Planning Applications
