Jon joined our Bournemouth office in January 2005 having previously been called to the Bar in 2003 and having gained over 17 years experience of local authority matters. Now cross-qualified as a solicitor, he is based in Oxfordshire with a growning client base in the Thames Valley and London, although he practices throughout the country from Cowes to Newcastle, Folkstone to Holyhead.
He lectures widely on regulatory matters, both to the trade and to fellow professionals, local authorities and enforcement officers, using his extensive technical as well as legal knowledge of these subjects. His previous employment in an enforcement role with local authorities gives him a distinct advantage in defending clients who find themselves the target of enforcement action.
