We have obtained what is probably the largest premises licence in the country and have submitted what may well be the largest number of Temporary Event Notices at any one time to ensure that a particular event was authorised.

Because we have a dedicated Licensing Department, we are able to deal with a full range of licensing legislation, from Alcohol Sales to Mobile Home Sites and Zoos. We even have people who can assist in somewhat obscure areas of licensing such as Houses in Multiple Occupation ("HMOs") and Dangerous Wild Animals.

Whilst the majority of our work is dealing with Licensing Act 2003 or Gambling Act 2005 Applications, Reviews, Temporary Event Notices and Appeals, members of our team often lecture around the country to fellow professionals, local authorities and the trade. Much of our work is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis although in some cases such as where the matter is highly contentious, we tend to work on an hourly rate that is agreed in advance. We offer a limited period of free initial advice which is extended for those clients that are on our Estate Management Plan. For other high volume work, discounted rates are available.
